Wine Education 201: Piedmont, Italy
Introducing our 201 series! Go deeper into specific wine regions and expand your knowledge. No need to attend 101 sessions first, all are welcome. Ah, Piemonte! What would we do without you? Without Nebbiolo? This region is most famous for its beautiful Barolo and Barbaresco wines but has so much more to offer to those who are willing to explore. We bet you're willing. Piemonte produces excellent Barbera and Dolcetto (reds), Moscato, Arneis, and Cortese (whites), among many others. This is Italy, after all, the most diverse wine-growing region in the world. We'll pour a selection of the highlights and Sommelier Aaron Dawkins will walk you through education and tasting. $30 per person, inclusive of gratuity and tax.
